Once the mxcard shop launches, we will ship worldwide. This policy describes handling times, carriers and delivery windows.
1. Processing time
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Personalized cards may take 5-7 business days before shipping.
2. Shipping options
Standard: 5-10 business days (tracked). Express: 2-4 business days (tracked). Rates and carriers are calculated at checkout based on destination.
3. Customs & duties
International buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or fees imposed by their country. We are not liable for delays caused by customs.
4. Lost or damaged shipments
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, email hello@mxcard.app within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
